RTR Pilates - Potomac

I like how creative the instructors are. Instructors are creative so there is not a lot of repetition of exercises. At the same time, when an exercise is repeated, I can tell how much stronger, more balanced, etc. than the previous time I did the exercise.

Every class is different and every instructor has a different approach that keeps me engaged. Also depending on your expertise you can always rely on variations to make the most out of your workout.

I usually go to the Palisades location, but sort of followed the instructor. Loved this location - much more spacious. Will definitely come again to this location!

RTR potomac is best place to start Pilates, they have best instructors and lots of classes to schedule from and every level which makes it very very convenient.

I have been a member of RTR Pilates (formerly Potomac Pilates) for many years. There are so many classes and instructors from which to choose to suit your individual fitness goals. I personally love a challenge, and the instructors are great at balancing that with maintaining form and helping with any modifications for injuries. Reina, the owner, does a great job of adapting to clients needs and the studios are pristine.
